2. Services

NEO Studio Limited is a multimedia design studio specializing in creative visual solutions, including but not limited to:

• Event concept design and previsualization
• 3D mapping and visual content creation
• Motion graphics and CGI animation
• Immersive experience design and installation
• Multimedia installation and production
• Promotional CGI content

All services are provided on a B2B (business-to-business) basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of NEO Studio Limited or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement, all intellectual property rights in work produced by NEO Studio Limited shall remain the property of the Company until full payment has been received from the client.

4. Client Obligations

Clients engaging our services agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the delivery of services
• Ensure all materials provided to NEO Studio Limited do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Make payments in accordance with the agreed terms and schedule
• Provide timely feedback and approvals as required during the project lifecycle

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements or proposals. Unless otherwise agreed:

• A deposit may be required before commencement of work
• Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date
• Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information received from the other party during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement between the parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEO Studio Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or website.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement by providing written notice. In the event of termination:

• The client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination
• Any materials or deliverables completed shall be delivered upon receipt of final payment
• Deposits already paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the project agreement

9. Website Use

When using this website, you agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or re-sell any part of the website without express permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its servers
• Introduce viruses or any other harmful material to the website

10. Governing Law
